Value chain specialist graduated from ENSA, Mr Ndiaye joined ISRA in 2022. He worked on the incorporation of cereals in breadmaking with stakeholders in the bakery sector. He also carried out work in the LegAe project, which focused on legumes for the AgroEcological transition and food security in Africa.
